LinkedIn outreach for coaches and consultants

    1,237 invitations. Three leads.

That is what a managed LinkedIn agency delivered across two of my client accounts before I fired them and rebuilt the whole thing myself. What replaced it is below, and you can run it for two months for $1,500.

No contract beyond the two months. No performance clause. No guarantee.

Volume is not a strategy. It is what you do when you have not got one.

Most LinkedIn outreach runs on a single assumption: send enough invitations and some percentage will convert. So the sequence opens with a pitch, follows with a second pitch, and closes with a calendar link nobody asked for.

It fails for a reason that has nothing to do with volume. You are asking a stranger for time before you have given them a single reason to spend it. Every message in that sequence takes. None of them give. The prospect is not rejecting your offer — they never got far enough to see it.

The accounts I inherited proved it at scale. Three hundred and twelve people accepted the connection. Eighty-six replied. Three became leads. The invitations were not the problem. What happened after the handshake was.

Give twice before you ask once.

That is the entire rule. Everything below follows from it. I am showing you the actual sequence because the mechanism is the product — if you want to run it yourself, run it yourself.

    1. 01

Connection request — one line, no pitch

A single sentence specific to that person. No offer, no hook, no hint of what I do. Relevance is the only job. A request that pitches gets accepted at a fraction of the rate and poisons every message after it.

      DAY 0
    2. 02

Two messages that ask for nothing

Pure value. No calendar link, no soft close, no "would you be open to." Something they can use whether or not they ever reply to me.

      DAYS 2-10
    3. 03

A voice note, thirty to forty-five seconds

Recorded for that person, referencing something specific about their business. It ends on curiosity, not a call to action. Almost nobody sends these, which is exactly why they land.

      DAY 7-ISH, INSIDE PHASE 2
    4. 04

The ask — small, and the first one

By now they have received three things and been asked for nothing. The request is low-friction and the calendar link appears here for the first time in the entire sequence.

      DAYS 11-20
    5. 05

A short video as the close

The last touch. If it does not land, the sequence stops. There is no fifth chase, no "just bumping this," no quarterly re-run at the same people.

      END OF PHASE 3

Built and live within fourteen days of your onboarding call.

    • LinkedIn profile rebuild. Headline, about, featured section, banner — so the profile they land on after the connection request does its share of the work.
    • Ideal-client targeting built with you. Titles, company size, geography, industry, recent-activity filters. You approve the list logic before a single invitation sends.
    • The full sequence written in your voice. All five touches, including the voice note script and the video script.
    • Campaign run inside Integracore's own outreach platform. Connected to your LinkedIn with proper warm-up — five invitations a day for the first week, working hours only, never weekends. Accounts get restricted when people skip this. I do not skip it.
    • A CRM pipeline you can actually see. Connected to Replied to Interested to Booked, with every conversation tracked. Full contact and conversation export available to you at any time.
    • Written prospect briefings before every booked call. Who they are, what they said, what they are likely trying to solve.
    • Bi-weekly calls with me. Not an account manager. Me.

$1,500. Two months. That is the whole number.

Not a monthly fee with a setup charge bolted on. Not a twelve-month agreement with an early-termination clause. Two months, one payment, and when it ends your rebuilt LinkedIn profile stays rebuilt, and you keep the sequence copy, the targeting spec, and a full export of every contact and conversation the campaign produced — whether you continue or not.

I do not guarantee a number of booked calls. Anyone who does is either lying or pricing the lie into the retainer. What I commit to is the build, the sequence, the management and the reporting. The results depend on your offer and your market as much as on my execution, and I will tell you on our call if I think your offer is the thing that needs fixing first.

After the trial: month-to-month management at $997. No obligation to continue.

This is wrong for you if —

    • You do not yet have a clear offer and a specific buyer. Outreach makes a vague offer fail faster, not better.
    • You want a guaranteed number of appointments. I do not sell those.
    • You cannot take a sales call within a day or two of someone raising their hand. Speed is most of this.
    • You want volume. This sequence sends fewer invitations than the agency you are comparing me to, on purpose.
    • You want someone else to be the voice. These are your conversations. I build and run the system; you show up to the calls.

Fifteen minutes, and I will tell you whether this fits.

Bring your offer and who you sell it to. If outreach is not your bottleneck I will say so on the call and you will have lost a quarter of an hour. If it is, I will walk you through exactly what the first fourteen days look like.
